He has held leadership positions at renowned pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations, playing a pivotal role in shaping their market presence and innovation strategies.
Mr. Bhatia has a distinguished track record in business transformation, market expansion, and team leadership, having served in senior roles at Cipla, Dr. Reddy’s, Cadila, Shilpa Medicare, and Somatico. His expertise spans corporate strategy, sales and marketing, P&L management, and organizational restructuring — making him a trusted name in the healthcare ecosystem.
As the Chief Strategy Officer and Chair – Growth Council at The Health Convo, he brings a visionary approach to steering business growth, identifying new opportunities, and fostering sustainable success.
